You may have some questions about what your counselling process might involve?

Counselling is an opportunity to explore what you would like to gain from the counselling process. Sometimes in our life we cannot see a way ahead so everything becomes confusing and worrying. Counselling can enable us to find our way. Counselling is an opportunity to experience my way of working with you and the issues you may bring.

The length of sessions and time people stay in counselling is very much down to the individual. We will continue to review how you are feeling and assess how comfortable you feel with the progress you make.

I am located in West London close to Ealing Common and Acton Town stations, accessible by a short walk from either station or a minute drive from Ealing Common Station and accessible by numerous bus routes along the Uxbridge Road including buses 207 and 607. There is also parking available nearby.

Sessions last for 50 minutes and usually take place weekly, either in the evening or during the day in West London within easy reach of Ealing Broadway and Acton and surrounding areas of Richmond, Kew, Chiswick, Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush.

I am committed to protecting your confidentiality and privacy and what is discussed during your counselling is confidential. The only exceptions to this and when this may not be possible is if there is reason to believe that serious harm or risk may occur to you or others, however in such situations, I would make every effort, wherever possible to share my concerns with you beforehand and talk through the appropriate action required.

A session, including the initial session, costs £45. I offer student concessions and a sliding scale to clients on a low income. Payments are made in cash, during the session.

48 hours notice is required for any sessions that you are unable to attend. Any missed sessions outside of the agreed to terms will be charged at the full fee.
