Thank you helping me to listen to myself. I’m grateful that you were able to hear me, even when I couldn’t hear my own voice, you were able to. Thank you for helping me to trust in myself again and know that it’s ok to be me. I’ve learnt how I can be a friend to myself and put myself first and live the life I want to. I felt very supported through tough and challenging times and able to find my way forward. Thank you for helping me to make sense of my life when I felt so lost within it. I now want to look after myself more and care about myself in a way I never felt before.
